No unregistered visitors allowed in the property or common areas.
Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
ELECTRICITY POLICY
Short-term stays: US$20 per day electricity fee (charged via Airbnb).
Monthly or long-term stays: Electricity is not included. Guests will receive access to the utility provider’s app to monitor usage.
Full payment for electricity must be completed before arrival at the apartment. Access will not be granted until the payment is confirmed.WATER & UTILITIES
Hot water is available throughout the property.
Please help conserve resources: turn off lights, A/C, and electronics when not in use.
MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Non-urgent issues will be scheduled for the next business day.
This is an Airbnb, not a hotel — staff and technicians are scheduled based on availability.
Response times may be slower on weekends or holidays.
By booking, you agree to allow access for necessary repairs or services. If you wish to be present, you must be available for the entire day of the appointment.
SMOKING POLICY

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Terrace and Jacuzzi areas must remain quiet at all times. No music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is allowed in these shared spaces.
All condominium regulations must be followed. Violations may result in fines or termination of stay without refund.
